At UniFi, we’re very excited about our new name and look! You see, our mission for the last 9 years has always been to provide our clients with unified financial data so that they could make better decisions and run their business knowing where they stand confidently. And now, more than ever before, our new name aligns with what we’ve been striving to do all these years.

We can’t count how many times we’ve gotten new clients with the virtual “shoe box” of financial data. They have 2 business checking accounts, a primary POS, a supplemental POS system, two merchant processors, a new SBA loan that’s been paying vendors directly, 3 business credit cards and oh yes… business expenses paid through refinancing of their personal residence, on three of their personal credit card accounts and withdrawals on a 401K account. With all this, it’s easy to see why making sense of the numbers can be so challenging. And without quality and timely data, our clients would be flying blind when it comes to making business decisions!

When it comes to running a business, we know that it isn’t always a straight line and sometimes you have to zig-and-zag to make it happen, especially when you’re getting the business off its feet! That’s why it’s our goal to bring all the numbers together to one unified source so the data actually becomes usable.

Usable data allows our clients to analyze trends, see the bottom line, drill down in the detail, evaluate KPIs and ultimately, have all the tools and information they need to effectively make decisions. This is why we realized, if our services are going to provide maximum value to our clients, we have to unify the data into a single source with both quality and timeliness. This process isn’t easy and doesn’t come quickly, but it’s well worth the effort and we’re committed to this journey!
